Put more heads in beds, Our marketing and advertising strategies include targeting the out-of-towner, vacationer, as well as corporate office looking to hold their next conference or event. Our favorite sign in the hotel industry is indeed “No Vacancy.”
Problem: Hilton needed to rent out the rooms not being used in their timeshare properties just like normal hotel rooms. The advantage is that on timeshare properties, the rooms are not representative of a typical hotel room – additional amenities such as small kitchens, living rooms, and dining nooks mean it’s more like a condo. Hilton needed a way to showcase the advantage.
Solution: We organized, planned, and executed a series of shoots to showcase the rooms for use on booking sites such as Expedia, Travelocity, and Orbitz. With these videos, Hilton could clearly define the competitive advantage their rooms had over a traditional hotel even more clearly than with standard photography.
Results: Bookings have continued to increase on the booking engines, and Hilton has made it their standard to re-do these videos and keep them current ever time a room has been remodeled.
Mission Inn Resort & Spa is an upscale repost with it’s own golf course and residential neighborhood located 35 minutes north of Orlando, Florida. Mission Inn needed videos to support their sales team as well as to show all of the amenities available to their guests. We created 9 videos in total that featured different areas, services, and amenities offered by the facility. These featured golf, spa, and other recreational activities, as well as convention spaces and areas that are popular for weddings and other special events.
Coral Gardens Resort – Coral Gardens Resorts needed beautiful photography to showcase their resort. Royall went to the resort located in the Turks and Caicos and over the course of several days shot photography of the property for use on the website, brochures, and other marketing materials.
