As experts in marketing timeshare sales and timeshare rentals, Royall helps clients explain vacation ownership to prospects both emotionally and logically, increases tours and closing ratios, lowers the amount of owners who rescind during the cooling off period, and helps get units running at maximum occupancy.
Problem: Lower the overall costs associated with the customer service center from new timeshare owners calling in with questions concerning how to use Hilton’s timeshare points based product.
Solution: ROYALL scripted, shot and produced, edited, created graphics, and programmed the interactive Video Tutorial website for Hilton Grand Vacation’s new club members to teach them about the Hilton Timeshare product and how to use it. As a one time expense to Hilton, these video tutorials walk new owners through the entire process, and provide them with a reference for later use on how to use the specific parts of the Hilton Timeshare Points Based System.
Results: Since implementation of the interactive tutorials, call center calls from new owners on how to use the points based system have dropped. We recently re-edited and dubbed the tutorials for Hilton’s Japanese consumers (their second biggest market) and have seen a decline in call center calls from their Japanese clients.
Holiday Inn Club Vacations – Orange Lake Resorts approached Royall to assist with the co-branding agreement between them and IHG to create the brand Holiday Inn Club Vacations. In addition to helping recreate marketing materials with the new brand, Royall created a series of micro-sites which generate additional tours on property, referrals from current owners, and help with activations.
Royall helped Hilton Grand Vacations “bring property tours from all over the world” to every sales center at each property they have. Basic tours of property amenities, rooms, and activities were featured in the videos. Royall planned, organized, and executed the shoot including post production. The videos are used in sales centers to help prospects understand the value proposition of vacation ownership, as well as online to help book rentals at the property.
